Online Bill Pay Available 24/7 Effective 4/27/2018, NBU is using a new online payment platform. Due to this change, all customers must register as a new customer when paying online. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. North Baldwin Utilities customers can pay their utility bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through PayNSeconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the Click to Pay button below and you will be instantly directed to PayNSeconds. If you are using this service for the first time, you will be prompted to register a new PayNSeconds account prior to making your payment. When registering your account, you will need your CUSTOMER # and PIN from your utility billing statement. If you have more than one utility account with NBU, PayNSeconds allows you to add multiple utility accounts under the same login. Please register first with your main utility account.

| In-Person or by Phone Use your debit or credit card (Visa, Discover and MasterCard only) to pay in-person or by phone. In-person cash, check or money order payments also accepted. Please note an automatic transaction fee is added to all debit or credit card payments. Avoid this fee by setting up an Electronic Bank Draft. |
| Electronic Bank Draft Pay with a monthly electronic draft using your checking account. For your convenience, you will still receive an automatically generated statement each month. Print, complete and return a Debit Authorization Form to get this service started. |
